Pete owned a successful Home Improvement and Inspection company in Denver and Colorado Springs for 15 years, inspecting and making all necessary repairs for smooth Real Estate transactions. Licensed himself as a Realtor in 1984 he worked with Re/Max Southwest in Denver and understands this business from all sides. Fellow Realtors often looked to his company to prepare their new listings for market.
His experience first working in, and then serving the Real Estate community, and his commitment to the education of his clients has set him apart from the crowd.
A member of several Respected Professional Organizations, Pete takes seriously both his education and his involvement with the community. From relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina, to fundraising for charitable organizations, to sponsoring neighborhood parades Pete is a person that really cares!
